There is hardly any Bengali who has never visited #Puri at least once. However, there are places in Puri which are never explored by common Bengali traveler. In this video I will show 2 such places, the first one, #RaghunandanLibrary, an almost 100 years old library with many valuable books, is no more there, demolished last year (2019). The roof of this library building, which is #EmarMath building was particularly popular among non-hindu people who would want to have Darshan of Sri #JagannathTemple. From this roof the entire #LordJagannathTemple was visible.
#Purilighthouse, managed by #ShippingCorporationofIndia is another place worth visiting, one can go to the top of this lighthouse purchasing ticket from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM everyday. Magnificent view of entire #Puri can be seen from the top of the lighthouse.
Both of these places are paradise for photo hunters, however, as I mentioned the former one is no longer standing out there.
Next time when you visit #Puri, consider climbing up to the top of the light house, you won't regret.
