What are Clear Aligners?

Yes but avoid very abrasive toothpastes.

Should I use retainer brite solution, Invisalign cleaning system, a mouthwash solution or Steraligner?

All of these products including a denture cleaner solution or invisalign cleaning crystals work. Based on the type of the plastic that your orthodontic treatment is using one might work better than the other. At the end of the day, you are most likely wearing these aligners for 7 days. Can I use hydrogen peroxide or baking soda to clean my invisalign aligners?
Yes. Avoid using hotwater with baking soda.
