Tool-assisted speedrun (TAS) of Cruis'n World Arcade (4/3) Banzai GTV in 20:10.92

GOAL:
-Complete the game as quickly as possible
-Try to beat the times on Twin Galaxies at:

-The first thing you learn while playing this game is that you never need to brake or release the gas pedal. All curves can be taken at full speed, but you lose speed when sliding.
-I did not see any advantage in choosing the manual transmission

-I did 4 TAS of this game improving my times in each one. I decided to post all four, not just the last one, because I think there's something fun to look at in all of them.

-I was not satisfied with my last TAS. I knew I was missing something because about 4 of my times were 2 seconds slower than the times posted on Twin Galaxies. When I noticed that the Road King's speed was around 143 mph instead of the 147 listed in the game specifications, I suspected that this vehicle was not the fastest available. -In conclusion, you cannot trust the specs listed in the game. There are 3 cars that actually run at 147 mph: Banzai GTV, Gimpee and Venom SST. The Humvee and Road King are among the slowest. So I decided to use the Banzai GTV and with very good results.

===Comments:
-For this video I chose the Banzai GTV because I now know that this vehicle is one of the fastest.
-I tried to 'Mega Roll' at every opportunity, on every jump, to get the 2 second bonus as many times as possible.
-Australia: For many Mega Rolls, I abuse off-track collisions to land faster, losing less speed. I was able to do 10 Mega Rolls beating all my other times for this track.
-China: I did 7 Mega Rolls, it's easy to do Mega Rolls with this car, unlike with the Road King.
-Moscow: I did 7 Mega Rolls, found new places to make Mega Rolls (13:17) I'm sure it should be possible to make at least 2 more.
-Germany, Italy, France, England: For the first time, I was able to beat the Twin Galaxies times. (except France but I only miss 0.2 seconds not 2+ seconds like in my other TAS)
-Italy: Note the speed of the other cars at the start of this track. Now go watch my speed test video    • [TAS] Cruis'n World Arcade Speed Test...  . In this video it only took 11 seconds to get to 1st place, but here I never reached 1st pace (After 11 seconds I am 8th). This proves that the game becomes more difficult after each track, even more so when you finish first often.
-France: For the first half of the stage, you can cut corners on the grass without losing speed, which gives you a good advantage over the other cars.
-Mexico: With this car you cannot run on grass, you will lose speed unlike with the Humvee and Road King which are faster on grass. I couldn't beat my other times because of this.

===Notable Moments:
-0:10 I used the view buttons to select another car and change its color. Hold view 1 or 2 for a selection of 8 more cars. Press View 3 to change color.
-1:20 A shark is eating a diver!
-1:49 Turning the corner on two wheels (double-tap the accelerator when turning a corner)
-8:10 Abusing the out of bound collision to return faster on the track, losing less speed.
-11:25 The game seems to have problems detecting collisions between cars when on stairs. But I wouldn't recommend doing this in a real game since I tried it several times and it didn't always work.
-21:35 If you finish England in first place, the UFO will abduct you.

-In conclusion, the times achieved with this car are very satisfactory.
-I managed to finish 1st on 12 of the 14 tracks.
-I know it's possible to do better because I missed landing some Mega Rolls. If you see tire marks like at 0:53, that means the landing wasn't perfect and you lost speed and time.

-Everything I did in these TAS is achievable by a human with a little luck (or not just a little?). I didn't use any special tricks or cheats, just precision driving.
