Ingredients:

Egg - 1(50g)
Sugar - 1/3cup(60g)
Dark chocolate -100gm
Unsalted butter -30gm
Flour - 1/2cup(50g)
Coco powder - 1tbsp
salt pinch
Baking powder -1/2tsp (Optional)
coffee powder -1/4tsp (Optional)
vannila essence -1/2tsp (Optional)

Instructions:

1, Grease the bottom and sides of a round or square cake tin or any suitable baking pan that fits into your cooker.

2, In a bowl melt the chocolate and butter together using double boiling method or using microwave.

3, Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4, Now mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.

5, In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

6, Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin or baking pan and spread it out evenly.

7, Heat the cooker without the whistle on medium flame for about 5 -10 minutes.

8, Place a stand or a metal ring at the bottom of the cooker to create a raised platform. This will prevent direct heat from touching the bottom of the cake tin.
