This video is about how to make a raw plant based caesar salad dressing from soaked cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds. A delicious creamy dressing for this cold winter weather. The Serving size for the dressing is four. We used Romaine lettuce and avocado for our salad and lightly drizzled dressing over romaine leaves and top it with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt and black pepper. Sometimes we add a fresh squeeze of lemon on the salad before we put the dressing on. If you have extra dressing left over we use it for another salad during the week. If the dressing is too thick for your taste or letting it sit overnight in the fridge thickened the dressing we will typically add a little bit of extra water and just mix with a spoon. Sometimes we like to add oranges or flax chips to the mix. Enjoy this recipe and have fun in the kitchen being healthy.
