Nashville is set to host its fourth championship in the WNBA Pro Basketball tournament at the Municipal Auditorium. The WNBA will compete with 40 players from February 5 to March 2. Mayor Freddie O'Connell is excited to welcome the league and players to Nashville, which is under consideration for its own WNBA team. The league plans to add three more teams by 2028.
