HURRICANE MARIA | 2017 - EXTREME WIND DAMAGE in Humacao, Puerto Rico

Part 1 of damage survey: Immediately after the direct Category 4+ Hurricane MARIA hit in the landfall area of Humacao (southeast Puerto Rico).
Note total defoliation and damage everywhere. Based on damage and observations, sustained winds were likely in the upper Cat-4 range, probably peaking near sustained 150mph and higher gusts.
