This video is on how I cook my version of the McDonald’s sausage egg McMuffin copycat.
Being on a deadline to be my healthiest by my 40th birthday, I use turkey sausage and egg whites. 
For this, I use Thomas English muffins, craft cheese, singles, equates from a carton, Jenny O turkey sausage .
The tools I use for this is a George Foreman grill, a spatula, a fork a sauce, pan, and cooking spray.
For this video, I broke down the turkey sausage into four pieces, and I cooked the egg whites on, medium for three minutes and flip the egg whites over and cooked for another three minutes. The turkey sausage I cooked for seven minutes.
I am visually blind, and just wanted to show in this video that blind people are able to cook foods, and if there were any visually disabled or blind people that didn’t know how to cook that they can follow this video. 
Or if there was anyone who didn’t know how to cook or were afraid to use a stove, they can follow this tutorial and eat healthier. Enjoy the food you love from restaurants, but make them at home and be healthier and frugal.
