(22 Jan 2016) Viktor Ivanov of the Russian State Anti-Drug Agency on Friday called the British inquiry into former KGB officer Alexander Litvinenko's murder a "farce".
Ivanov rejected evidence heard at the inquiry alleging that he was in some way linked to the 2006 killing.
On Thursday, almost a decade after Litvinenko was murdered, a British judge concluded that he was poisoned by two Russian men, acting at the behest of Russia's security services, probably with approval from President Vladimir Putin.
