FX 6300 vs Triple A @ Ultra Settings (Forza Horizon 4 & Shadow of the Tomb Raider)

PC Set-up:
FX 6300 (6 Core, 6 Thread) overclocked to 4.4Ghz
16 GB Ram
GTX 1050TI (with a mild overclock)

Can an FX 6300 perform in the in-game benchmarks of Forza Horizon 4 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider at Ultra (max) graphical settings ? Will it get playable frame rates, let alone the ideal 60 frames per second ? Will the 1050TI hold back the FX6300 ?

This quick videos sees sees me put the graphical settings on maximum and run the in-game benchmark for the two games. Have a guess before you watch the video would changing the graphics card allow either of these games to run at 70 frames per second at Ultra settings ?
