OpenAI's blackbox problem for creatives and businesses

Allan and Charlie tried their best to make a UX research assistant using the latest Custom GPT builder announced by Sam Altman at OpenAI DevDay but it just didn't want to cooperate.

In this video we discuss the shortcomings of building software with just a chat interface, and all the challenges that come with opaque responses, no clear tools for debugging, and AI's eagerness to answer before making sure it understood.
