Today I'm trying something new! :) If you were coming over to talk to me about school lunches and lunch ideas, this is what I'd share! This video is for people who haven't parented a school age kid before: foster, kinship, maybe a situation where you are stepping in to help a family or maybe a step parent! It's a casual conversation, which is not my usual style. Let me know what you think!

School lunch time can be complex - of course not for all kids - but I cover off on:

I also talk about stressful mornings, which can impact some kids who may be refusing school or resistent to going to school (which can impact their appetite)
