Why is Need for Speed 2015 STILL Loved today in 2024? Why do I still find myself playing Need for Speed 2015 nearly 8 years later in 2024?

In this retrospective video, I will be looking back at the aspects that people will remember about Need for Speed 2015. Either good or bad. And need for Speed 2015 had plenty of both!

When the Need for Speed 2015 teaser trailer dropped in May 2015, It felt like a dream. It had been so long since we got an Underground style Need for Speed Game. Need for Speed 2015 is unbeaten in terms of atmosphere. Especially when it comes to later games in the NFS series. Even Need for Speed Unbound doesn't hold a candle to the atmosphere that Ghost Games built in Need for Speed 2015. Ventura bay is also a near perfect map! With Canyon roads to inner city tight streets, there's a lot to like in Need for Speed 2015's Map!

When it came to AI and physics, Need for Speed 2015 def lacked. However other aspects of the game were controversial! Such as the Customization and Car list, where many felt there should or could of been more variety. And while later games in the Need for Speed Franchise would improve on all of these aspects, the nostalgia, along with the unrivaled atmosphere and fantastic open world, as well as community projects such as Project Unit, Keep me coming back to Ventura Bay and Need for Speed 2015. Even in 2023. #needforspeed #nfs
