Squirrel season is here. We were able to acquire 6 squirrels to cook you this great stew. Our family singes the squirrels, preps the squirrel, clean, and quarters it. Our recipe uses:
1 tsp. Kosher Salt 1 Onion
1 tbs. Black Pepper 1 Bell Pepper
1/4 cup of Vegetable Oil 3 Sticks of Celery
1 tbs. Mince Garlic 3 Stems of Green Onions
3 Bay Leaves

Prep Time: 25 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

If you follow along with the video, you will notice that we do not use much seasoning in this recipe. Unfortunately, the squirrels has its own unique flavor or taste. We utilize the vegetables to dissolve and make a gravy to compliment the squirrels. And, if this is your first time eating squirrels, be aware that squirrels have a lot of tiny bones.
