In this video, I am attempting to eat like people in the BLUE ZONES - which is supposed to be the ultimate diet for longevity. I take you through three meals inspired by the blue zone regions as well as share some insights on how they live their lives in a way that lets them live up to 100 years old while being physically active and able to live their lives with little to no help.
I actually love the diet and it reminded me a little bit of the Mediterranean diet which is thought to be one of the healthiest diets. No wonder people in Sardinia and Ikaria live so long!
Another very important aspect is their active lifestyle, living with a purpose and faith as well as being a part of a community or very close to one's family.
