Over 25,000 people climb Croagh Patrick, on Reek Sunday, the last Sunday in July in honour of Saint Patrick who is said to have spent 40 days fasting on the mountain in 441 AD. This year potential pilgrims have been asked to stay away due to the impact of Covid risk on mountain rescue.

I brought my drone on a run up Croagh Patrick on Sunday 19th, the week before Reek Sunday 2020, and captured this 4k Footage. Also featured are some shots from Bertra Bay Beach.
