Brewing an English-Style Porter | Grain to Glass | Classic Styles

Описание к видео Brewing an English-Style Porter | Grain to Glass | Classic Styles

In this video, I brewed an English-Style #Porter which ended up on the more sessionable side. This video covers the recipe, the brew, the fermentation and the final tasting. This was the second brew I made on the recirculating mashing system I built a few months ago, and it still needs some tweaking to dial in my volumes, etc. I still had a fun time making this beer even though it was weaker than I had intended on it being. It was a good beer overall, with a lot of chocolate and smooth roast flavors coming though, and quite refreshing. Unfortunately there is some yeast ester in there thanks to poor fermentation control.
