Watch as we prepare a traditional meal from scratch, starting with fresh paneer made from pure cow milk and harvesting organic "Pahadi Palak" (mountain spinach) right from our garden. There’s something magical about cooking on a traditional Angithi (charcoal stove) while the sun sets over the valley.
