In this video we are trying to learn how to use our cheap marketplace smoker. Since moving in we have slowly been collecting more BBQ's. Our property is so beautiful we really do try and spend as much time as possible outdoors. Which is definitely one of the reasons I want to get better at cooking outdoors. Everything just tastes better when it comes off a grill. But my ambition may have gotten the better of me when I think that I can just whip up an 18lb brisket. I have been BBQ'ing most of my adult life. But I have never had the space or the time to just slow down and practice the patience it takes for really good BBQ. Now that Jelly Bean and Julia's is so far away we don't really have any other choice if we want good BBQ without having to drive for hours. I bet it doesn't take long before I am ordering a bunch of parts of the interweb and hacksawing into this cheap grill to see how much more perfomance I can get out of it. Just when you thought our channel couldn't be more diverse. Don't worry, I promise we will figure out what we are doing with this channel soon!
