Length limitation and physical removal of printed parts were yesterday.

With the iFactory One, we wanted to overcome the length limitations that normal 3D printers have. With its unlimited Z-axis, you can either print as long as you want, or as many parts in a row as you want – or even a mix of both. Use iFactory3D's technology to take your hobby, workshop, or even business to the next level of productivity!

All parts printed on the iFactory One are automatically removed from the belt by the belt rotation in combination with the scraper at the end of the belt. Large projects with many parts can be printed without supervision, so everything can be printed in one pass and you have less work.

The belt itself is made of a material specifically designed for our purpose. We worked with one of the largest industrial belt suppliers to develop the perfect belt for our printer. The belt itself is heat resistant and very wear resistant. Many different parts of our printer are custom made, for example the nozzle, which is perfectly pointed to reach the belt as desired to achieve a perfect print.

With the built-in Raspberry Pi and webcam and the special OctoPrint version already pre-installed and developed by us, you can print in series without any further preparation! Just upload the sliced files and start printing. We also maintain our own version of Marlin for the iFactory One!
