This video shows a new 100mm / 4 inch diameter scooter wheel converted into a fidget spinner, with stock bearing the run time is not very good,

Don't forget this fidget spinner need 2 bearings,

Just take your caps of another fidget spinner and fit them to the scooter wheel and you are ready to fidget,

If you have some scooter wheels lying around why not try this for yourself,

Or if these are to big for your hands try inline skate wheels,

They are smaller diameter,

I chose the smoothest running bearings as each bearing ever made is special and totally different so i chose the 2 with the least drag,

I tested a few different ways of running these bearings,

Untouched bearings with metal shields = 3 seconds,
Bearings with metal shields removed = 6 seconds,
metal shields and all grease removed,
1 side = 1 minute 12 seconds,
other side = 1 minute 1 second,
GT85 with PTFE =

Basically PTFE has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid,

I mentioned i will oil them with the special GT85 spray,
