In this video I show the modification of installing a cargo carrier to my back bumper. I am the architect of these mods on My Scamp 19, but I want to be clear that I am grateful for the assistance of my Neighbor and friend Mr Harn and My Nephew Ziai for without their help this wouldn't get done. I am always involved in the labor but I need more than my hand and a half. I am inconvenienced not incapable. I make modifications that work for my manner of camping. Just wanted to be clear that there help is invaluable.
