25g (1 + 1/4 tbsp) flour
250 ml (1 cup) cold milk
2 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch white ground pepper
2 big pinch salt

Sourdough bread
Dijon mustard
Gruyère cheese
3-4 Slices Smoked ham
1 Egg
