Defendant's consent to search of his vehicle that police approached while it was parked on public street was not coerced by deceit or display of authority officer lacked, even though officer said he would probably get search warrant or call for drug dog if defendant refused to consent; officer was merely explaining course of action he might take and not implying that either event would necessarily occur and that he would ultimately search anyway, and officer would have been authorized to briefly detain defendant while drug dog was called, given detailed, corroborated anonymous tip coupled with conduct of passenger in vehicle who attempted to hide cash.
