Welcome to part 2 of the series on AuDHD burnout! Part 2: what can we actually do when we end up so exhausted and unable to cope with the world as we once kinda sorta did? As an AuDHD (autistic and ADHD) parent, here's what my experience was in sorting all that out. This video we will focus primarily on changing the amount of sensory input you take in, through the most internal part of the circle of control: personal circle and home environment. Also comment all the ways you've accomodated yourself that have helped you! Let's pool this knowledge to help each other.
