Grocery shopping with food allergies is not easy or obvious. But allergy mom Megan Lavin is a pro at food shopping for multiple food allergies. Tag along in this video for Allergic Living, as she scours the supermarket aisles for her favorite finds.

From allergy-friendly pizza to chicken nuggets, dairy-free mac 'n cheese, Megan covers easy kids' dinner ideas. She zips us along to waffles, sauces, tortillas, breads and pasta. She also reveals great safe snacks - her preferred cookies, yogurt and popcorn. She even lets us in on the pretzels that her 4 kids "eat by the pound".
