Tuna Fish Cutlet ingredients

Tuna fish pieces 10 to 15

1 large size onion

2 green chillies

1/2 cup fresh coriander
leaves

2 medium size potatoes boiled

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp garam masala Powder

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

1 egg

Imp tip

Steam the fish into a strainer for 15 mins ,this intacts the nutrients

Imp to use an egg , it gives a good flavour, helps in binding and puffs up the Cutlet

U can pre prepare the cutlets and store in the refrigerator. Fry them just before the party and serve with ketchup or mayo or spicy green chutney
