Void Cascade Koumei Solo Level Cap (96-125 Exolizers)

Hello I level capped Koumei
Her kit is pretty good, I like her crowd control and her self-priming capacity is really nice and I'm kind of feeling like she's got Voruna's level of status spreading, which is cool. Her first ability is fine, her second ability decrees are fine, the only reason it is not super busted is that the decrees are random (though they are permanent, so in long endurance this will scale the same way that it does in duviri circuit level caps, which makes Koumei frankly really easy to do endurance with)
Her third ability on paper sounds great, but I wasn't really impressed. The heal is not valuable, mostly just that you don't take damage when a charge pops, but the chance it works is 50% and does not scale up at all with strength/etc., and there is about a two second cooldown until another charge can proc. The random chance for invincibility does not get around these drawbacks, in my opinion (it also leaves you vulnerable in operator while your charges are up)
Her melee is kind of interesting but overall sort of average. I think it will work fine with the build I showed, but you need to stack crescendo and run it on a heavy attack weapons platform (Voruna, and Koumei, since I think she is pretty good in this regard). I pigeonholed myself into using the Dual Toxocyst since I forgot to stack crescendo, and her shield gate is actually really inefficient without even more casting speed shards so I was dying more frequently than I'd like (You probably want at least three tau yellow casting shards, not just the one. Throw out the purple shards)
I would replace her third ability with Wrathful Advance and spec into more strength with Transient Fortitude and swapping overextended for stretch, probably
In my opinion Koumei's best stats are range and duration; her ability damage is not awesome
I'm going to revisit her probably with a better melee platform setup, but I wanted to get this solo done super fast :)

I was experiencing a transference bug in this run so you'll see me teleport to a random spot pretty frequently, but it didn't really affect the run. It was just weird
