Nasawi matapos makipagbarilan sa pinagsanib na pwersa ng iba't ibang unit ng Philippine National Police sa Parañaque City ang most wanted person ng Bicol.

Ayon sa PNP, magsisilbi sila ng warrant of arrest sa mga kasong multiple murder laban kay Gilbert Concepcion alyas ‘Pogi’ nang maganap ang engkwentro.
