In today's episode (episode 5 / part 5) we start a brand new city (Traviata Knoll) in SimCity. How smart can these sims get? I love this game and have never played it on the channel before, so I'm excited for this series. The goal of this new city will be to fully upgrade the University and complete all of the research projects. We'll shoot for more medium and high wealth sims than we've had before, and try to achieve balance and a positive budget despite the high cost of the University.
