Quynh Phu Hoi Quan, also known as Hai Nam Hoi Quan, is located about 30km north of Nha Trang city center. This is an ideal destination for many tourists when they have the opportunity to visit Ninh Hoa town.

Quynh Phu Ninh Hoa was built by the Chinese community to worship the Lady Thien Hau (Ba Temple) in Ninh Hoa. Later, Quan Thanh De Temple was built right next to Ba Temple, turning this place into a common living place for the Chinese community and was named Quynh Phu Hoi Quan Ninh Hoa.

Although it has been in operation for hundreds of years and has been renovated and restored many times, Quynh Phu still retains its original appearance. In 2005, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee ranked Quynh Phu Hoi Quan as a provincial historical relic. On the 23rd day of the third lunar month every year, a ceremony to worship the Holy Queen and the Holy Emperor will take place here, attracting many Chinese as well as tourists from all over the world to visit.
