La dilaminatrice Prismafood DSA Touch & Go garantisce risultati ottimali e grandi volumi di produzione. Unica nel suo genere è una dilaminatrice ad avviamento automatico con sensori. Di semplice utilizzo, offre una qualità costruttiva di altissimo livello. Selezionare gli spessori per l'impasto finale è un'operazione rapida ed intuitiva e, grazie al semplice pannello digitale, impostare il tempo di esercizio è semplice ed istantaneo. Sarà sufficiente inserire il panetto di impasto nell'alloggiamento di entrata e la dilaminatrice si attiverà automaticamente preservando la massima sicurezza per l'operatore.

È possibile impostare il tempo di lavoro da 10 a 35 secondi con il tasto “TIME SET”, e la macchina si fermerà automaticamente al termine del tempo precedentemente impostato. Grazie a questo metodo innovativo è possibile risparmiare energia elettrica, tempo di lavoro per l’operatore e ridurre l’ usura dei componenti meccanici. Su tutte le dilaminatrici lo spessore tra i rulli è regolabile da 0 a 4 mm.

The Prismafood DSA Touch & Go Rolling Machine guarantees optimal results and large production volumes thanks to a simple use and a very high quality equipment. Unique of its kind, this rolling machine is equipped with sensors for the automatic start. The selection of the thickness for the final dough is a quick and user-friendly operation and, thanks to the simple digital panel, setting the operating time is simple and instantaneous. It will be sufficient to insert the dough at the input slot and the rolling machine will automatically activate maintaining the maximum safety for the operator.

The working time can be set from 10 to 35 seconds just by pushing the button “TIME SET”, in this way the equipment stops itself at the end of the set time. Thanks to this innovative device you can save energy, working time for the operator and reduce the wear of mechanical components. On all the rolling machines the thickness between the rollers is adjustable from 0 to 4 mm.
