I developed this skill-building exercise from online lessons that I'm taking for adults age 50 and older. It's designed for people who have never played piano before, who have no musical background, or who have been playing for years.

Note: I tried my best to use the same fingerings as the instructor; however, sometimes I was not able to determine them. Because I have very little piano background, please excuse any mistakes including chord names.
