The Nakajima Ice Cave Hideout is one of the most secretive Yōtei Six Camps in Ghost of Yōtei. Hidden west of Sarobetsu Lake, this icy den of the Nine Tails mixes puzzle-solving with stealth combat. Here’s how to solve both fox statue puzzles, clear the camp, and unlock the Altar of Reflection inside the frozen cave.

🦊 How to Enter the Nakajima Ice Cave:
At the cave entrance, you’ll find two fox statues. Rotate the unfrozen statue so both face away from each other. This unlocks a crawlspace leading inside the cave.
Once inside, rotate another fox statue away from the gap to summon ropes across the ice cavern. Use these to cross safely and reach the Nine Tails hideout on the far side.

⚔️ Camp Walkthrough:
When you reach the hideout, stay in the tall grass and assassinate the first guard quietly. Next, use your bow to eliminate the sentry in the central watchtower. This gives you control of the area and freedom to move undetected.
Clear the house on the left, taking out enemies inside and outside using stealth. Then, move toward the far end of the camp to deal with the remaining Nine Tails.
As the fight drags on, a snowstorm will hit, reducing your maximum health due to cold damage. Equip Taro’s Armor to resist the chill and keep your Spirit gauge stable.

🦊 Second Fox Puzzle & Altar of Reflection:
After clearing the camp, find the pair of fox statues in the center. Rotate them so they face each other to summon a final rope bridge leading to the Altar of Reflection.
At the top, you’ll find both the Altar and a Nine Tails Puzzle Box, completing the Nakajima Ice Cave Hideout.
