This Machine is the basic model for any liquid filling machines used in any industries. Name of this machine is Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine, also known as Hand Operated Liquid Filler. This machine is unique among small scale production units, because it is the most economical and of course it is easy in operation. High fill abilities and various settable fill volumes as per requirement makes this the perfect filling machine. Any free flowing material or even partially free flowing material which is to be filled by volume can correctly filled by this machine. Accuracy is high in this machine. This machine can fill any low viscous to medium viscous products into any type containers manually.
Filling range: 2ml-250ml, filling range is adjustable by simple method.
Powder coated body, contact parts Stainless steel SS304 or SS316, Fully GMP Model is also available.
Filling accuracy: 99.5%
For filling oil, juice filling, balm filling, hair oil filling, milk filling or any liquid products.

Operation
Pouches have to insert manually into the filling nozzles where hand operated syringes (pistons) fill desire preset volume in container.

The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes. This means fill size can be easily set.
