In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to import your blog from any CMS with smart copy in HubSpot.

The smart copy feature analyzes your blog post template to identify your blog post titles, authors, content, and tags. After your entire blog is scanned, you'll confirm the mappings for these properties, then import your existing posts into a new HubSpot blog.

Steps to follow:

Step 1. To Import your blog.

Step 2. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.

Step 3. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website and click Blog.

Step 4. In the Current view section, click the first dropdown menu and select Import blog.

Step 5. On the import overview page, If you've already imported a blog, click the Start new import and select Blog posts.

Step 6. Select the Smart copy option, then click Next.

Step 7. In the Blog homepage field, enter the URL of your blog's listing page.

Step 8. Enter the URL, which blog platform u are using,

Step 9. Click the HubSpot blog dropdown menu and select the blog.

Step 10. In the lower right, click Copy blog posts.

Step 11. Review your blog post mappings.

Step 12. To finish the import process, click Review results to confirm the mappings for your blog content.

Step 14. Match all the properties

Step 15. After your mappings are completed, your blog import status will change to Preparing posts for import. You can now review and finalize your blog import.
