In December 2020, Paul Fabritz aka PJF Performance announced that he was releasing 2 new programmes: The Speed Code & The Knee Code. I completed the Speed Code this summer but I was honestly waiting for The Knee Code to drop before doing The Speed Code … but it never turned up. Now, in November 2021, I can see why.

The Durability Code is a 16-week programme designed to build healthier and more durable athletes OVERALL, instead of just focussing on 1 body part like The Knee Code would have. PJF created it in conjunction with Conor Harris, a biomechanics specialist who was on episode 38 of the PJF Podcast.

The whole programme is actually into 2 mini 8-week programmes: Durability Code Restore & Durability Code Prime, both costing $85 each. But if you want both, you can get The Durability Code Elite for $140, making it $30 cheaper than buying them both individually.

As usual with PJF’s programmes, these are listed as “early bird special” prices but over the years I’ve bought and reviewed The Vert Code Bodyweight, Fat Don’t Fly and The Speed Code and their prices have never changed since the day I bought them.

At the time of filming, there is currently a Black Friday sale on the PJF website with discounts on all his programmes, so I’m going to buy the Durability Code Elite and today, I’l give you my initial reaction/first thoughts to The Durability Code Restore, then I’ll drop my review for The Durability Code Prime later this week.
