Recipes:

Breakfast
3 eggs
Pickled red onion
Rocket
Hot honey
Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Paleo bread
Avocado

Whisk eggs, add to pan and let cook for about 20-30 seconds, add the pickled onion and rocket to one side. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, everything bagel seasoning. Drizzle over hot honey. Flip one side over the side with the filling. Let sit for about 20-30 seconds and serve on paleo bread with smashed avo.

AM supps: Fish oil, ADK, B complex, Beef liver

Lunch: Spiced beef with roasted sweet potato

Dinner: Baked chicken fajita bowl
700-800g chicken thigh, sliced into strips
1 packet Mingle fajita seasoning
400g diced tomatoes
420g Black beans, rinsed & drained
1 brown onion, sliced
1-1.5 cups rice (I did 1/4 cup for each of my servings and 1/2 cup each serving for my fiancé)
2-3 cups chicken stock (I did 1/2 cup for my servings and 1 cup for my fiancé’s servings, use a 2:1 ratio for stock/rice)
1 avocado
Salt & pepper
Chilli flakes (optional)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Add chicken, onion and mingle seasoning evenly into 4 separate glass containers. Mix together so chicken is covered in the seasoning.
Rinse the rice.
Add diced tomatoes, black beans, rice, stock, salt and pepper evenly across the dishes. Mix together well.
Place on baking trays and place in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven (carefulllllll, the glass is hot)
Top with avocado & chilli flakes
allow to cool slightly before storing in the fridge.

Dessert: Super Dark Choc square
PM supps: Fish oil & beef liver
Before bed: Pillar triple mag, immune C & GI revive

Ninja Creami recipe:
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
1/2 coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1/3 cup choc protein powder
1 tbsp tapioca/arrowroot flour
1/2 tsp salt
Mix together until fully combined and freeze for 24 hours. Spin on the Ninja Creami on Lite Ice Cream setting. Check consistency and respin. Add in any mix ins. I added Tom & Luke mint balls and they were SO yummy. I think use coconut milk if you can, the almond milk wasn't as good!!
