1927 Farmall Regular - Oil pressure gauge. Serial Number Plate. Other minor repairs.

*Installing and testing a “low pressure” replacement oil pressure gauge (I still need to calibrate it). *Stamping and installing a serial number plate on the tool box.
*Fine tuning the carburetor.
*Test run.

Off camera I also made some other repairs;
*I cleaned the points again. They had gotten a bit oily after I oiled some of the moving parts near them.
*I added some Marvel Mystery Oil to the fuel to help clean the system after its first start.
*I ordered a new sediment bowl but the threads were a different size and would not fit my lines. Rather than run to the store I used parts from the new unit and rebuilt the old one. It's in good working order now.
*The number one spark plug wire was a bit loose on the plug, so I tightened it.
*Along with adjusting the fuel mixture on the carburetor, I believe these other repairs all contributed to the end result.... which was a smoother running engine!
