At our customer Bioceval, residues from the fish processing industry are used to produce various high-quality fish meals and oils.

To clean the large containers (big boxes) used, a 27-meter-long continuous washing system including a fully automatic de-stacking device including a weighing zone was planned, constructed and implemented. The column lift with turning station has a load capacity of 2000 kg. The large big-boxes (containers) are loaded manually using a forklift truck or an employee's electric pallet truck via the loading zone. The cleaned paloxes are removed from the powered discharge track using a forklift truck.

The capacity of the large container continuous washing system is 40 containers per hour.
