1)COMMAND TO UPDATE FEDORA :
sudo dnf update

2)ENABLE RPM RESPOSITORY :

4)MULTIMEDIA CODEC :
sudo dnf groupupdate multimedia --setop="install_weak_deps=False" --exclude=PackageKit-gstreamer-plugin
sudo dnf install gstreamer1-plugins-{bad-\*,good-\*,base} gstreamer1-plugin-openh264 gstreamer1-libav --exclude=gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-devel
sudo dnf install lame\* --exclude=lame-devel
sudo dnf group upgrade --with-optional Multimedia


5) UPDATE DNF CONFIG FILE :
sudo nano /etc/dnf/dnf.conf

fastestmirror=1

6) INSTALL VLC :
sudo dnf install vlc

7) INSTALL HTOP :
sudo dnf install htop

8) INSTALL TIMESHIFT :
sudo dnf install timeshift
