Q1: How many employees do you have in your factory and what is the daily production capacity?
➡️A1: Our factory covers an area of 5000 square meters and has more than 150 employees, With 4 production lines, the daily production output can reach 10k pcs. And month production output can reach 300K pcs.

Q2: How long is the delivery time?
➡️A2: Generally, It’s is 50-60 days, repeat orders will be shorter, it is 30-45 days. However, if there are peak seasons, such as the CNY, It is 80-90 days. Of course, the lead times are based on the confirmed MP samples.

Q3: How do you conduct quality control？
➡️A3: Our factory has gained the ISO 9001 certification. We randomly inspect incoming materials, fully inspect during assembly and packaging, and randomly inspect finished products. And during the production process, there will be a QA to inspect in real-time and strictly control the quality of products. And every process is strictly controlled. our customer complaint rate is less than 2%.

Q4: What certificate can you provide?
➡️A4: Our products can meet CE/RoHS/REACH/FCC standards, and we will also consult labs for certificates you need.

Q5: Can we inspect the goods after the goods are ready?
➡️A5: You can arrange for your QC to come and inspect the goods. If you can't come because of the Covid-19. We will inspect the goods according to the standard of AQL Level II major 2.5 and Minor 4.0, and provide reports after the inspection.
