Hall of Fame inductee and Game Design master's grad, Erin Eberhardt, takes students through the unique processes and procedures for the management of esports events and technical projects. She breaks down projects from the initial pitch to show the similarities and differences in the way she and her team approaches things at Blizzard Entertainment. In this workshop, students will see a practical view of how to kick off a project, how to approach risks, work through conflicts, define budgets, and more.
