After a week, the vehicle in the plaintiff's possession began smoking, but the defendant refused to take it back and return her car. The plaintiff is suing for pain and suffering, as well as for money to purchase a new car. The defendant insists the car she gave the plaintiff worked just fine. The defendant is countersuing for a tow fee and stress and aggravation.
