Homemade Speculoos | Holiday Baking Recipes

The holidays are just around the corner and this year I wanted to share a little ahead of the season some inspiration for the cookies I like to bake and share.
Speculoos or you might know them as biscoff/lotus, are such a great addition to the holidays, they pair so well with coffee and hot beverages and they have a little kick from the subtle spicy flavour.

Ingredients for about 2 dozen cookies using my form

250g A.P. flour
75g unsalted butter, room temp
150g dark brown sugar
25g water (you might need less/more)
Small pinch of salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Tiny bit of cloves powder
