Apocalypse Researcher House || The Sims 4 Speed Build || No CC

Good day simmers, welcome to my channel! This time I want to try another apocalypse house. The house is placed in post-apocalypse time, eco-friendly, designed for researchers/ scientists. It has 2 bunk beds and one sofa bed, can accommodate up to 5 sims. There is place for doing researches, kitchen, bathroom on the GF; bedroom and living room together on 1F; a telescope on the top floor. In addition, I add one small eco-garden at the side of the house so sims can plant by themselves. As you might know at this time, food and water are more important than anything.
