What is Awareness ? Can awareness be described ? The best way to start is by observing and seeing what awareness is not. By negating we come to that what is. Very important to know is that awareness can t be described or put in definition. You can only be Awareness.
So if some one is giving you definition know that it is only a story, nice story but still a story.
When you have insight, once you are IT, than you know how much you do not know, because thought can t never comprehend or describe.
So let us now let go of the stories and observe together with Mooji and find that insight, that which Is, "place" without stories but full of understanding, compassion and love.
