Protein Strawberry Shorty Cake:
Dry
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 90g BeGood Bakery protein powder
- 3tbs baking powder
- pinch of salt

Wet
- 140g egg whites
- 150g greek yogurt
- 1.5tbs coconut oil (melted)
- 1tbs honey
- 1/4 cup milk/ milk substitute

**combine all ingredients together then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on oven
** top with coconut whip, sugar free jam and fresh strawberries


Protein French Toast Bagels:
Bagels
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup BeGood Bakery protein powder
- Cinnamon to taste
- Raisins (optional)

Topping
- 1-2tbs coconut oil (melted)
- 1.5tsp cinnamon
- 1-2tbs brown sugar swerve
- tsp vanilla

**mix all bagel ingredients together to form a dough ball. You'll need extra flour to roll them out into their separate balls (should make 4)
** place on tray, make bagel holes
** mix all topping ingredients together then brush on bagels
** place in oven @350 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on oven


Protein Banana Fritters:
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 2tbs BeGood Bakery Protein Powder
- 3tbs coconut flour
- pinch of salt

**mix all ingredients together
** pan fry in some coconut oil until golden and crispy on both sides
** serve with ice cream, PB2 and sugar free syrup
