In this video we are making Black Pudding

Ingredients:
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup instant espresso powder
3 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3 egg yolks
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 3/4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
2 teaspoons brandy or cognac
Chocolate shavings for serving
Very lightly sweetened whip cream for serving (optional)
