Ciara O'Neill | La Lune / fly me to the moon | Whisper Project #9

Ciara O'Neill performs one of my favourite songs of the last few years - 'la lune' in the epic setting of Armagh Gaol.
Usually confined to one song, we decided to do one more & Ciara sang a haunting rendition of 'fly me to the moon' a cappella..

Armagh Gaol was built in the 1700's and was Ulster's primary women's prison. The last female inmates were imprisoned here in the 1980's.

The gaol is permanently closed and a long way off any new lease of life.
